I currently have a Broil King Crown ( model 30?) that was bought in 2006. Since then I have only replaced the burner one time in about 2014. The BBQ is used year round approx 3 or 4 times per week. I practically LIVE off it, choosing to use my kitchen stove exclusively for frying eggs and bacon only. Everything else gets grilled. Point is, this thing has seen a TON of duty. I am replacing it now mainly because the burner is near the end again, the cast iron cooking grids have pretty much disintegrated now, and the vaporizer plate is worn out too. But after ~15 years of faithful and reliable usage, I mean, I can’t complain. What brand am I replacing it with? Well … Broil King Signet 320 .. of course. If anyone thinks they’re going to get the same life expectancy and durability from some off-shore brand, bought at some big box store such as Wally World, at the same or similar price point ? — think again. North American products of this type, like Broil King, are FAR superior in all areas … performance, durability, lifespan, reliability, broad availability of replacement parts etc.
Customer service, and pricing at my local Home Hardware was EXCELLENT.
Looking forward to another ~15 years of constant duty from this one.
BUY NORTH AMERICAN, people !!!

Great to hear you have had such a great experience with this BBQ! It is one of our favorite BBQs as well. And as far as know it is one of the last BBQs actually still made in CANADA! Great choice, and thank-you for supporting local!
