I’d give them a hundred stars, if I could! Bought a large piece of outdoor furniture and paid extra for setup. Team delivering went above and beyond! They had to go through my house and deal with my narrow sliding door in order to get it into my backyard. I was so impressed with how they handled everything. I am a Brooklin Home Hardware customer for life!

The staff here are friendly and helpful. They helped me find something very similar to what I was looking for and it worked well. A great store in a nice location.

My first experience in your store was a flat out 10 out of 10. I came yesterday afternoon to pick up a Weber Charcoal bbq. I asked Steve at the back of the store if they had any left as I know it is late in the season. He showed me the three he had left and told me that they were on sale 30% off. I chose the green one. Steve asked me if I needed charcoal and I got a bag of it as well. I asked him for lighter fluid and he spent quite some time looking for it while I was admiring the Napoleon Prestige Pro 500 close to the cash at the front of the store. He informed me that it was also on sale for 30 % off. I recognized that it was a very good deal and we needed a new gas grill so I told him that I would take it as well along with a cover. Steve looked after all the paperwork while also helping other customers at the same time. He also helped me carry out my items to the truck. I was not able to take the gas grill as I did not have room for it. Steve told me that the delivery guys would be in later in the afternoon and if they have the room in the truck they would bring it out later today. I got a phone call around 7:30 last night from the delivery guys saying they are a half hour away. I didn't get their names but were both very polite and professional and carried my new purchase to my back yard and put it on my deck. They gave me the run through on it like letting it run for a while to burn off the oil from the manufacturing process. My old Bbq had a 3/8 quick coupler on it and this new one was 1/2 inch. One of the guys told me that he would fix that for me and I told them that I could look after it as I was gas fitter. This is why I have to give this store and the people that I dealt with yesterday a 10 out of 10. I will definitely be back. John McVie

Just bought a snow blower on black friday. Awesome store to shop at. Murray and his teams are amazing to speak to, very friendly, knowledgeable, polite and patient. It was almost closing time and Murray did not rush even once and explained each detail with so much of sincerity, this I have appreciated so much. This will be my go-to shop for all things home and would recommend to friends and family for sure.
