January 4, 2024Just bought a snow blower on black friday. Awesome store to shop at. Murray and his teams are amazing to speak to, very friendly, knowledgeable, polite and patient. It was almost closing time and Murray did not rush even once and explained each detail with so much of sincerity, this I have appreciated so much. This will be my go-to shop for all things home and would recommend to friends and family for sure.

Great small neighborhood hardware store with friendly helpful staff. Sooooo much better than going to a big box store. Free popcorn every day!

February 4, 2024Went to get a piece of glass cut to use as a custom aquarium lid. They have 2mm and 3mm thick glass. I went with the 3mm. Will do the job perfectly, and price was very reasonable. Less then $10 for the size I needed! Will definitely go back for any other future needs.

It was my first visit and I was very impressed! As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted and offered help. I showed him what I was looking for and he took me right to the item. They had what I was looking for but, I wanted to get more of the item than they had in stock so they offered to order it for me right away. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. I will definitely be back.

I’d give them a hundred stars, if I could! Bought a large piece of outdoor furniture and paid extra for setup. Team delivering went above and beyond! They had to go through my house and deal with my narrow sliding door in order to get it into my backyard. I was so impressed with how they handled everything. I am a Brooklin Home Hardware customer for life!
