It was my first visit and I was very impressed! As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted and offered help. I showed him what I was looking for and he took me right to the item. They had what I was looking for but, I wanted to get more of the item than they had in stock so they offered to order it for me right away. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. I will definitely be back.

May 10, 2019Just bought a snow blower on black friday. Awesome store to shop at. Murray and his teams are amazing to speak to, very friendly, knowledgeable, polite and patient. It was almost closing time and Murray did not rush even once and explained each detail with so much of sincerity, this I have appreciated so much. This will be my go-to shop for all things home and would recommend to friends and family for sure.

They had to go through my house and deal with my narrow sliding door in order to get it into my backyard. I was so impressed with how they handled everything. I am a Brooklin Home Hardware customer for life!
