Husqvarna X-TOUGH LIGHT Solid bar 28″ 3/8″ .058″

Husqvarna X-TOUGH LIGHT RSN bars are light weight, easy to maneuver, yet durable bars, designed for tough conditions and for long working days. The RSN mount with 3 rivets and a tight fit make the tip robust while the RSN nose and oil hole design reduce both friction and fuel consumption. The bars are coated to protect against scratches and corrosion. Replaceable tip is available as a spare part. Available in 3 /8″ (20–36″).

Steel has different properties dependent on how it is heated then cooled. Sugihara bars may go through the process of heating and cooling up to 4 times on different parts of the bar in order to gain maximum performance. The rails need to be accurately cut and hardened but over hardening can make them brittle. The bar body needs to be stiff yet flexible. We have used a number of different chainsaw bars over the years including all the major manufactures. Sugihara bars are the hardest wearing bars out there.
